Now Arte doesn’t open up to just any strangers, you have to earn his friendship. That means:
a) buying alot of stuff from his shop
b) doing the gem hunt daily
c) tipping him 100 kinzcash a day
At different times when you progress through webkinz, Arte might say different phrases to you as you come in. Watch out for this phrase,
“There you are. Always great to see you. My shop is your shop.”
If you are at that level, CONGRADULATIONS!!!!! you have become an insider with Arte. Don’t be discouraged if this process takes a while. Ok, now that your an insider with Arte, click on, “Ask about rare items” and Arte will hold up a sign to tell you when the next rare item will be. But, don’t always just go on at that time, because usually every other hour, or sometimes every hour, there is a rare item!
